For our 38mm wide Jeans belt you can choose between the Lighter Tan or Dark Brown variety of Oak Bark veg tanned leather. Available with either a Brass or Chrome belt Buckle, your choice. This type of belt will age with beauty and grace, it will darken with time and use, but in that darkening the colour only improves. It is a belt for life. We will use rivets rather than traditional saddle stitching for the buckle fixing.
These amazing belts are made to order, cut by hand and edged by hand. When you come to the workshed we will need to know your size, Please do check but we can of course measure at the time.
The leather we use is some of the best in the World and it happens to come from Devon. The hides are tanned in Oak Bark sourced, by the tannery, from the local surrounding timber yards. The tanning process for Oak Bark leather is a natural process but takes a good 18 months for each hide, this makes them an extremely special item as they are tanned for quite some time longer than a regular Vegetable tanned hide
